4. Shipping your individual piece of jewelry

After successful completion, your personalized piece of jewelry will be securely packaged and shipped to you.

The duration varies depending on the effort and design. In general, you should plan for several weeks. We usually estimate at least 4-6 weeks. We will inform you of the exact timeframe during the inquiry process.

Can I contribute my own design?

Yes. Your own ideas, sketches, or references are expressly welcome and form the basis for the design.

How much does personalized jewelry cost?

The costs depend on the material, design, and production effort—for precious metal jewelry, especially on the weight. As gold and silver prices are currently rising sharply, the price is also dynamic and based on the daily commodity price. You will receive a transparent estimate during the design consultation. 

Is an exchange possible?

Since this is individually crafted jewelry, exchanges are generally excluded. Of course, we review every request fairly and transparently. Sometimes a subsequent adjustment is also possible to address any dissatisfaction.
